Public portfolio views and abuse prevention

Portfolio owners see aggregate view counts, not visitor identities. To prevent repeated counting and abuse, we keep server-only, day-scoped hashes derived from an IP address or a signed-in account identifier. These are pseudonymous records; raw IP addresses and account identifiers are not stored in these budget records. Records are scheduled to expire within two days. Automatic deletion may occur later.
