Ticker Slideshow
Review a whole list one ticker at a time. Slideshow lands you on each fund or stock’s full detail page — chart, distributions, holdings, safety — then moves to the next on a timer or an arrow key. No clicking back and forth, and nothing to install.

How it works
Three steps, and you never leave the ticker page.

1. Pick a list
Your holdings, your watchlist, a curated list, or symbols you type yourself. The slideshow keeps the list in the order you gave it.

2. Start playing
You land on the first ticker’s full detail page with a small control banner below the toolbar showing your place in the list.

3. Move at your pace
Let it auto-advance, or press an arrow key to jump ahead or back. Pause any time; the timer restarts from wherever you stopped.
Controls
Everything works from the keyboard or the banner.

| ← / → | Previous / next ticker. Works during auto-advance too — and resets the timer. |
| S | Start a slideshow from this page, or from any Holdings, Watchlist, Screener or Popular list. |
| Esc | End the slideshow and stay on the ticker you are looking at. |
| ► / ⏸ | Play or pause auto-advance. Pausing also pauses the background music. |
| Speed picker | Switch between 3, 5, 10 and 30 seconds without restarting. |
| 🎵 Music | Loop one track, shuffle, or play in order — and mute individual songs. |
| ⠯ Drag handle | Move the banner anywhere on screen if it covers something you want to read. |
| ⤢ Hide | Tuck the banner away. It reappears when you move the mouse, then hides again. |
Pass the last ticker and you get a prompt to Restart from the top or finish with Done. The slideshow also ends if you navigate to a ticker that isn’t in the list.
Other places to start one
Every list on the site with a ► Slideshow button plays in the order you are currently looking at.
Holdings
The toolbar button plays your current portfolio, grouped and sorted however you left it.
Watchlist
Next to Compare and Clear. Plays the active watchlist in its displayed order.
Screener
In the filter bar — plays exactly the funds your filters matched.
Popular
Flip through the tickers the Dividend Vision community holds and watches most.
Sort first — the slideshow follows your order. Tickers play in the exact order the table is showing, so click a column header (yield, market value, day change) before you start and the slideshow walks the list that way. Filtering counts too: only the rows you can see are included.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use the slideshow?
No. Curated lists and your own typed symbols work signed out. Playing your holdings or your watchlist needs those lists to exist, so sign in and load a portfolio first.
Does the slideshow save anywhere?
No. It lives in the browser tab and disappears when you close it — nothing is written to your account and nothing carries over to your next visit.
Can I ask DV to start one for me?
Yes. Open the chat and type something like “start my slideshow” or “slideshow my watchlist” and it will build the list and launch it.
Where does the background music come from?
They are royalty-free tracks we license for the site. Music never starts on its own — you pick a track here or from the banner’s 🎵 menu.
