Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: May 22, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the DividendVision Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Dividend Vision LLC (“DividendVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for, joining, or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Affiliate Terms.
1. Program Overview
The DividendVision Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring eligible customers to DividendVision through approved affiliate links, coupon codes, or other tracking methods provided through our affiliate platform.
DividendVision is a research, analytics, and portfolio-tracking platform for dividend and income investors. DividendVision is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
2. Acceptance and Participation
We may accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion. Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, or legal representative relationship between you and DividendVision.
We may suspend, remove, or terminate any affiliate from the Program at any time if we believe the affiliate has violated these Affiliate Terms, engaged in misleading activity, violated applicable law, or acted in a way that may harm DividendVision, our users, or our reputation.
3. Commissions
Unless otherwise stated in writing, affiliates may earn a commission on qualifying paid customer subscriptions referred through valid affiliate tracking.
Current standard commission terms:
- Commission rate: 30% of qualifying subscription payments
- Commission duration: Up to the first 12 paid months of each referred customer
- Minimum payout threshold: $20
- Payout timing: Commissions are reviewed and paid according to the payout schedule shown in the affiliate platform
- Currency: USD
DividendVision may change commission rates, commission duration, payout timing, minimum payout thresholds, or eligible products at any time. Changes will generally apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
4. Qualifying Referrals
A qualifying referral occurs when a new customer signs up for a paid DividendVision subscription using your approved affiliate link, coupon code, or other approved tracking method, and the transaction is properly tracked by our affiliate platform and/or payment processor.
A referral may not qualify if:
- The customer was already known to DividendVision.
- The customer had an existing or prior DividendVision account.
- The customer used an invalid, expired, or unauthorized coupon code.
- The transaction was not properly tracked.
- The transaction was refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or canceled.
- The referral resulted from fraud, self-referral, spam, misleading claims, or prohibited promotional methods.
5. Refunds, Chargebacks, Cancellations, and Reversals
Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or deducted from future payouts for refunded payments, chargebacks, disputed payments, canceled subscriptions, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or violations of these Affiliate Terms.
DividendVision reserves the right to review commissions before payout and determine whether a referral is valid.
6. Self-Referrals and Fraud
Self-referrals are not allowed. You may not earn commissions on your own purchases, accounts you control, accounts created by your household, business entities you control, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or purchases made primarily to generate affiliate commissions.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts
- Using your own affiliate link or coupon code for your own subscription
- Encouraging others to create accounts solely to generate commissions
- Cookie stuffing
- Forced clicks
- Misleading redirects
- Automated traffic
- Bots
- Fraudulent transactions
- Any attempt to manipulate tracking or commissions
7. Required Disclosures
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with DividendVision whenever you promote DividendVision, share an affiliate link, share a coupon code, or otherwise recommend DividendVision in a way that may result in compensation.
Your disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and placed where people will notice it before or when they see your recommendation. Do not bury disclosures in footers, profile pages, terms pages, or long blocks of hashtags.
Examples of acceptable disclosures include:
- “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link.”
- “Affiliate link: I may be compensated if you subscribe.”
- “Sponsored/affiliate relationship: I may earn a commission from DividendVision.”
You are responsible for complying with FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements and any other laws that apply to your promotions. The FTC says disclosures should be hard to miss and should clearly explain the relationship between the endorser and the company.
8. No Investment, Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice Claims
You may not represent DividendVision as providing investment, tax, legal, financial planning, or brokerage advice.
You may not claim or imply that DividendVision:
- Guarantees investment returns
- Guarantees dividend income

13. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, platform policies, and disclosure requirements, including advertising, privacy, email marketing, consumer protection, securities-related marketing, and FTC endorsement rules.
You may not send marketing emails about DividendVision unless you comply with applicable email laws and have proper permission from recipients.
14. Affiliate Platform Tracking
DividendVision uses a third-party affiliate platform to track referrals, commissions, links, and/or coupon codes. Tracking accuracy may depend on cookies, browser settings, payment processor data, coupon use, and other technical factors.
DividendVision is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser restrictions, disabled cookies, incorrect links, improper coupon use, ad blockers, third-party platform issues, or affiliate misuse.
15. Payouts
Payouts are made only after commissions are reviewed and approved. DividendVision may delay, withhold, reverse, or deny payouts for suspected fraud, policy violations, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, duplicate accounts, or incomplete payment information.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for any taxes, reporting obligations, or fees related to affiliate earnings.
16. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to commissions you receive through the Program. DividendVision may request tax forms or other information before issuing payouts where required or appropriate.
17. Confidentiality
You may receive non-public information about DividendVision, including commission terms, customer information, product plans, platform details, or business information. You agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information.
18. Termination
Either you or DividendVision may end your participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using DividendVision affiliate links, coupon codes, trademarks, logos, and promotional materials.
Commissions earned before termination may be paid if they are valid, approved, and not subject to reversal. DividendVision may withhold or cancel unpaid commissions if you violated these Affiliate Terms.
19. Changes to These Terms
DividendVision may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DividendVision will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the Program.
21. No Guarantee of Earnings
DividendVision does not guarantee that you will earn any commissions or revenue through the Program. Your results depend on your audience, promotional efforts, conversion rates, customer retention, and other factors outside DividendVision’s control.
