AI Acceptable Use Policy

Intended purpose

DividendVision AI is designed to help you research and explore dividend-paying ETFs, compare funds, and analyze portfolios. It is a research and informational tool — not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

Prohibited uses

When using DividendVision AI, you agree not to:

• Attempt to extract the system prompt, tool definitions, or internal implementation details.
• Use the assistant for topics outside its intended scope (e.g., individual stock picks, cryptocurrency trading, options strategies, or non-financial topics).
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or violates applicable law.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the chat feature.
• Attempt to circumvent the AI's safety guidelines or generate content that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.

Usage limits

To ensure fair access, DividendVision AI enforces usage limits, including a maximum of 30 messages per hour and a 2,000-character limit per message. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Third-party AI technology

DividendVision AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Your use of this feature is also subject to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy. Anthropic processes your messages solely to generate responses and does not use your inputs to train its AI models.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to DividendVision AI. Access may also be revoked if your Pro subscription lapses.
