Questions before you click the shiny button?
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Every new account starts with a 7-day Pro trial without entering a credit
card.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing to cancel and no charge. When the 7 days end, your account simply stays
on Free unless you deliberately upgrade. Nothing you created is deleted — anything
above Free's limits is frozen, not removed, and unlocks again if you upgrade.
Can Dividend Vision place trades or move money?
No. Brokerage connections are read-only through Plaid and SnapTrade — we can see
holdings and balances to analyze them, and we can never place trades or move
money.
Does Dividend Vision store my brokerage password?
No. You sign in inside Plaid's or SnapTrade's secure window, and your credentials
are never shared with or stored by Dividend Vision.
How connections work →
Can I skip connecting a brokerage account?
Yes. Every plan — including Free — supports CSV upload and manual entry. Brokerage
connections (Plus and up) simply keep your holdings synced automatically.
What is included with Pro?
Pro includes everything in Plus, including income forecasting and saved reports. It adds
Dividend Vision AI, AI ETF comparison and risk analysis, the full risk dashboard, Monte
Carlo simulation, and higher saved-item limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Paid access lasts
through the end of the billing period.
What happens if I downgrade?
Saved portfolios, watchlists, collections, and reports above the new
limit stay readable and are not auto-deleted. You cannot add more until
you are under the limit. Re-upgrading restores write access. Brokerage
connections stop syncing on Free; the last imported snapshot stays
until you delete it.
