How this list is built

The methodology behind every fund shown above.

  • Universe: every ETF in the Dividend Vision catalog whose issuer-reported distribution frequency is quarterly. ETNs, mutual funds, CEFs, and single stocks that share the cadence are excluded — this is an ETF list.
  • Exclusions: liquidated, delisted, and renamed funds are removed automatically on every load; a fund that stops paying quarterly distributions drops off when its data record updates.
  • Ordering: funds are grouped by strategy and listed alphabetically by ticker within each group. Column sorting is client-side and does not change the membership. Nothing here is ranked by yield.
  • Definitions: distribution frequency is the issuer's stated payout cadence; see the glossary for yield and rate definitions, and SEC yield vs distribution yield for why two yield figures can differ.
  • Sources & freshness: the list loads live from the site catalog, which is rebuilt nightly from issuer listings and market-data feeds — what you see is the current data record, not a baked snapshot.
  • Changes: membership changes only when the underlying data changes (new launches, frequency changes, closures). Grouping revisions are editorial and infrequent.
